Here are Shaun Stenning's top5 Island locations in Phuket Thailand. 

1.     Koh Lipe, Thailand – For years Shaun Stenning had wanted to visit Koh Lipe and in March 2020 he was lucky enough to visit during calm seas, bright sun, and clear skies.  Cruising into the beach over beautiful coral, colorful fish was a once-in-a-lifetime experience.  Koh Lipe is one of the spots Shaun frequently recommends.

2.     Koh Rok, Thailand – Often the beaten path and a little further out than Phi Phi Island Koh Rok has stunning coral, soft sandy beaches, and a beautiful ambiance to it.  A great place for snorkeling or diving.

3.    Koh Kudu Yai, Phang Nga – Not a great spot for snorkeling but if you just want to relax, float and be undisturbed this is a beautiful island location and off the beaten path.  One that Shaun Stenning regularly visits.

4.     Koh Raya, Phuket Thailand – A wonderful location to go snorkeling, swimming, relaxing, or even to stay the night.  A place that holds a special spot in the heart of Shaun Stenning.

5.     Koh Daeng, Krabi Thailand – This is a small red island and is great for snorkeling with clear water, clownfish, and a lot more.  It’s on the top 5 list due to the fact it’s always quiet.
